The stress is obviously real especially for people being expected to adopt without any real support. I would love to see more organizations take that seriously and not just push the pressure onto individuals or worse ignore it completely.

Fantastic breakdown.

The psychological side of AI adoption is being dangerously under-prioritized.

But I keep wondering: Is this really HR’s responsibility alone? Or is this one of those moments where executive leadership must lead the emotional narrative, too?

Because if wellness is treated like an “HR thing,” it risks getting boxed into lip-service programs and ignored when budgets tighten.
